Returnpolicy.

1. Returns

Goods will only be accepted for return following prior written agreement with I-Wood Denmark Customer Service.
Returns are only possible for selected standard items in unopened, original packaging and
with the invoice number stated.

2. Time limit

Returns must be made within 5 days of receiving the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Return fee

For approved returns, a return fee of 20% of the item's price will be charged. If the customer does not arrange the return freight themselves, a fixed freight fee of DKK 1,050 + road toll per
pickup will also be charged.

4. Transport and packaging

The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that the goods are packed properly and in packaging that protects
the goods during transport. The risk for the goods during transport is borne by the customer.

5. Receipt and inspection

Returned goods will only be credited once I-Wood Denmark has received and inspected
the goods and it has been established that the goods have no damage, defects or missing parts. This processing can be expected
to take 2-3 weeks from receipt.

6. Goods that are not resalable

If returned goods are not resalable upon receipt by I-Wood Denmark, the customer will be
notified accordingly, and the goods will not be credited. The customer may then choose to collect
the goods at their own expense or have I-Wood Denmark dispose of the products.
