I-Wood Ceiling Panels
K2 Huset in Ikast builds unique houses. Therefore they chose to decorate their show home using ceiling panels from I-Wood Denmark®. The acoustic ceiling panels ensure both the design aesthetic and the acoustics are top notch, while giving a breath-taking overall impression along with the rest of the house.
Pro+/Clear
A significant player for both standard homes and architect designs
With UniPanel® and DivideWall, I-Wood Denmark® expands the possibilities of working with wood in interior design. UniPanel® is a flat wood panel with tongue-and-groove joints that creates a calm, uniform surface, while DivideWall is a slatted wall that both divides the space and adds a light, elegant look. Both solutions are developed and produced in Denmark with a focus on finish and material quality — and with the ambition to invite nature in.
At K2 Huset, materials play a decisive role in ensuring a cohesive overall result. As a building consultant, Casper Husted helps customers choose solutions that follow current trends and stand the test of time. He points out that a consistent design thread can significantly elevate the experience of a home — and that I-Wood Denmark® stands out with a quality you can see and feel. K2 Huset works with both classic standard homes and custom architect-designed projects, and therefore Casper Husted sees strong potential for both UniPanel® and DivideWall. He especially sees UniPanel® as an obvious addition with potential as an alternative to the classic painted wall, while DivideWall can give large, open spaces more direction by creating zones and a sense of space without closing the room off.
”At first glance, I just thought, ‘Wow.’ It adds edge to the interior design. There’s a warmth here that’s highly sought after in new builds. UniPanel® evokes nostalgia, reminding us of our parents’ and grandparents’ homes, but in a contemporary way. It offers a sense of warmth and familiarity. DivideWall, on the other hand, is unique. It separates while uniting. The space between the slats provides transparency, allowing physical division while keeping the rooms visually connected.”
